The Founder

Meet Reese Spann.

Reese Spann is a Men's Ministry Leader, Teacher, ministry founder, coach, and speaker based in Lawrenceville, Georgia. With years of men’s ministry leadership experience and a deep burden for men's transformation, Reese built The Kingdom Man Collective to solve a problem he witnessed firsthand — the church had willing men but no structured path to disciple them.

What began as a personal mission to help the men in his own congregation became a full-scale ministry platform — a structured four-pillar, 48-milestone journey that churches can deploy in seven days and individual men can begin today.

Reese speaks nationally at men's conferences, ministry gatherings, and corporate leadership events. He coaches individual men, ministry leaders, and church teams with one goal in mind: raising up Kingdom men who know who they are, where they are going, and who they answer to.

The Origin

Why KMC Exists.

In 2024, Reese Spann sat in a room with a group of men from his congregation and asked a simple question: "What has the church given you to work with — practically, structurally — to help you become the man God created you to be?" The room went quiet.

That silence was the founding moment of The Kingdom Man Collective. Not a program. Not a sermon series. A structured, multi-year, technology-powered transformation journey — built by a men’s ministry leader who refused to accept that silence as an answer.
